I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming cottage on the Norfolk coast. the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the coastal path and some great pubs. the interior of the cottage had a lovely ambience and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the owner, Derek, was very accommodating and went out of his way to bring us a missing BBQ and fan.
One aspect that could be improved upon is the confusion surrounding the cottage's address. It took us quite some time to locate it due to the misleading No 33 in the address.

The cottage had a comfortable and cute ambiance, with comfy beds and a nicely furnished interior. The owner, Derek, was kind enough to address any issues promptly, like bringing missing BBQ and fans. When it comes to location, it couldn't be more convenient. The coastal path and great pubs were just a 5-minute walk away. Plus, my dogs were delighted with the tidy little cottage.

The attic bedroom with its cozy loft ladder entrance was a quirky and charming surprise. The two single beds were inviting and comfortable, making it a perfect choice for a solo traveler like me.
The only downside for me was the loft ladder to access the attic bedroom. While it added character to the room, it might not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at No33 Hillview Lodge Boutique Cottage. The location was perfect, with beautiful beaches and scenic walks nearby. We loved exploring the marshes and reed areas, as well as the convenience of having a supermarket, garage, café, and shops within walking distance. Despite being next to a busy road, the cottage was surprisingly quiet. The complementary food upon arrival was a wonderful touch. The house itself was well-appointed and provided everything we needed. The key safe was also very useful for when we left. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Everything you need for your holiday, including a bucket and spade. Bathroom downstairs and a terrace for dining. Free WiFi, so I could post about my wonderful stay.
I guess it's a shame there's no staircase to the loft bedroom, I mean, who needs easy access to all the bedrooms, right?

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the confusion with the address. We spent a long time searching for the hotel because of the misleading information provided.

The location was absolutely amazing, with easy access to the coastal path and fantastic pubs just a 5-minute walk away. Our dogs were happy and the cottage was nicely fitted out - so tidy! Great location with closeby beaches and lovely walks along the marches and reed area, some on decked paths. within walking distance a supermarket, garage, cafe and a few shops. Though next to a busy road it is quiet enough. Very nice to have complementary food to greet us.
The cottage is advertised as sleeps 6 adults. The third bedroom is in a loft extension with a pull down ladder that goes up vertically and is very hard to climb - and we are fit and able adults!
